142 units will become 87 units by combining smaller units to create larger units for family style living, and greater market appeal.

New parking, better lighting and more green space.

Financing consists of Section 236 restructuring under Empire State Development Corporation's Project Retention Loan Program, NYSERDA grant and federal tax credit equity.
