First phase construction of 171 mixed- income affordable, family-size rental units designed for households with one, two, three and four bedrooms.

Financing from tax-exempt bonds issued by Punta Gorda Housing Authority, HUD Capital Funds, Florida Housing Finance Corporation Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program and equity from 4% low income housing tax credits.

First phase to be completed in 2008.
